- I highly recommend you to either opt for registered postage / self collection / home delivery to prevent your parcels from missing. Registered postage can be tracked via SINGPOST website. I will not held responsible for ANY lost normal postage parcels. Normal postage parcels is not 100% safe.

If no one is around when parcel is being delivered to your house, you will find a collection slip of paper usually found at your doorstep and you can arrange for your parcel to be delivered to your house again. More information can be found on that slip of paper. Alternatively, you can also self collect your parcel at the post office specified on the slip of paper as well.
